Appointments can be scheduled via phone, email, or through our contact form. We strive to be punctual and deliver high-quality service.
Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon. Accepted payment methods will be discussed during booking.
We request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
We stand behind our work. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us within 48 hours of service completion, and we’ll work to make it right.
While we take great care in our work, The Drain Guy is not liable for pre-existing issues, third-party installations, or structural damage caused by external factors.
